Request Model-Specific Documents
Contact C-Bridge or your distributor with the model, hardware revision, serial number, and installation country. Request the applicable declarations, certificates, regulatory identifiers, and installation conditions for that unit.
Do not treat a radio module's certification as evidence that the complete gateway carries the same approval. This page does not assert certification status for any model.
Installation and Procurement
Check the device label and supplied documentation for power requirements, environmental limits, approved mounting locations, and any required separation distances. Use a power supply approved for your model and installation region.
End-of-Life Handling
Ask your distributor or local electronics recycling service about the appropriate return or recycling process for the gateway and its power supply.
