Privacy Policy

This policy explains what MGC Technologies LLC (“MGC”, “we”) collects through the C-Bridge website, customer portal, cloud services and gateways, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account data: name, email and authentication details, handled through Firebase Authentication.
• Contact and demo requests: the details you submit in forms, delivered to our team by email.
• Gateway and site data: device identifiers (serial number, MAC address), assigned plan, connection status, and the lighting-network metadata needed to provide remote access and site features.
• Orders and billing: plan, shipping details and payment status. Card details are collected and stored by Stripe; we do not receive full card numbers.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and basic logs needed to operate and secure the Services.

How we use it

• to provide, secure and support the Services and your gateways;
• to process orders, subscriptions and invoices;
• to respond to enquiries and send transactional email about your account;
• to improve reliability and troubleshoot problems.

We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

We share data only with providers that help us operate the Services, including Google Firebase (authentication and data storage), Stripe (payments), Web3Forms (contact form delivery), Resend (transactional email), Smplr (floor-plan viewer) and our hosting providers. Each processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.

Data on your gateway

A gateway stores its device state locally on your network. Data leaves the gateway only when you enable cloud features such as remote access, and then only what those features need.

Retention

We keep account and order records while your account is active and as required for tax and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your account data at any time.

Security

We use encrypted connections, access controls and per-account authorization. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information. Contact info@cbridge.cloud and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Cookies

We use essential storage for sign-in and theme preference. We do not use advertising cookies.
